Terms and Conditions of the Online Store “Ekovanduo”

1. General Provisions

1.1. The online store “Ekovanduo” (hereinafter referred to as the Store) is owned by Bivakas, MB (company code: 160433338, registered address: Kantališkių g. 5, Ringaudų k., Kauno r., hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1.2. By using the Store, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The following payment methods are available in the Store:

  • Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Google Pay, Apple Pay;
  • Online banking via integrated payment solutions.
    2.2. After confirming the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided.
    2.3. Payment is considered completed once the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1. Goods are delivered by the following methods:

  • By courier services;
  • To parcel terminals (e.g., Omniva, DPD);
  • Pickup from the Seller’s office (if this option is specified in the Store).
    3.2. Delivery time:
  • Goods are delivered within 1–5 business days from the receipt of payment.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers).
    3.3. Delivery costs:
  • Delivery costs are calculated during the ordering process, depending on the selected delivery method.
    3.4. If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery.

4. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. The Customer has the right to return the goods and cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
4.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4.3. The Customer must return the goods to the address: Kantališkių g. 5, Ringaudų k., Kauno r.
4.4. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Customer unless the return is due to defective or incorrect goods.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to refund the Customer within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
4.6. Refunds are made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the purchase.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. All disputes or disagreements between the Customer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations.
5.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Customer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or pursue legal action in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
